Vinh Dinh joined A&M; Biomedical in 2006 as Operations Manager and uses a hands-on approach to managing production personnel. He specializes in developing and streamlining manufacturing processes and is an expert production planner and inventory management specialist.

Vinh began his career in the medical device manufacturing industry in 1999 with Endocare, Inc. as a Senior Production Supervisor, specializing in urology and radiology products for the treatment of prostate, liver, lung, and kidney cancer. He then supervised production personnel for the disposable and electro-mechanical assemblies, with software integration using cryo technology.

Vinh also has an extensive background in mechanical and electrical products, including troubleshooting and solving mechanical and electrical issues. He places a strong focus on compliance with internal quality systems, ISO standards and FDA requirements.
